The GATE exam is administered on behalf of the National Coordinating Board, Department of Education, and Ministry of Human Resources Development by the GATE Committee, faculty members from IISc, and seven IITs. GATE 2023 Registration Dates
The GATE exam date for 2023 will most likely be announced in September 2022, along with the formal announcement. The following is a list of expected dates for GATE 2023, based on the timeline for the prior year’s assessments.

Submitting an Application for GATE 2023
Candidates can only apply for the GATE 2023 test online. For GATE registrations, there are no paper registration forms available. After logging in to their accounts, candidates can fill out the application form. Candidates must choose how many papers they will appear for in the test at the beginning of the process. GATE Admit Card for 2023
The GATE 2023 admit card will be released by IIT Kanpur. The release date is tentative as of now. The GATE admit card will have the following details mentioned on it:
- Candidate’s name
- GATE 2023 paper code
- Registration number
- Examination centre code
- Date and day of the exam
- Name and address of the exam centre
- Candidate’s photograph and signature
- Examination timings
- Examination day instructions
- Signature of GATE organising chairman

Negative Marking in GATE Examination
